We have a new, internal vacancy available within Brook Street to work in our Service Delivery team. The role is based in Central London, on a hybrid basis - team works 3 days in the office per week and 2 days working from home. The hours are Monday - Friday, 9-5:30. Salary will be £22,000 per annum and a monthly bonus once eligible. Overall first year OTE will be approx. £25,000 with the opportunity to earn more in year 2.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Relationship building with clients
  • Taking, validating and advertising live vacancies
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Full end to end management of the candidate onboarding process from registration through to start. This will include facilitating interviews, checking Right To Work documentation, referencing and other compliance checks

Essential criteria:

  • Can-do attitude
  • Must be organised and able to multi-task
  • Good IT skills to include Outlook, Teams, Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Solution focused and willing to go the extra mile
