  • This is a split between managing a smaller team and billing within the (Engineering / Supply Chain desk).
  • There is a development pathway to be promoted to Regional Manager down the line**

JOB PURPOSE

As a Recruitment Lead within Manpower Engineering, you'll be expected to develop your abilities to a senior level and maximise market opportunities. Working within a robust candidate and client network you will be responsible for managing and billing within the Engineering / Supply Chain sectors.

** This is a remote working position with occasional travel as / when needed. Travel expenses covered. **

JOB DETAILS:

  • The successful candidate will be looking after the South region of the desk.
  • You will be doing a 50-50 split with billing, focusing on engineering and supply chain in a warm desk (lapsed or existing clients) and building new business.
  • You need to have people management and recruitment billing experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Being able to win new business and manage current clients
  • Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
  • Source candidates effectively using various methods
  • Generate new client relationships through a variety of methods
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through both new and existing clients.
  • Report weekly successes, difficulties and market movements to management and attend regular meetings to discuss growth and development with your peer group.
  • Use market data and insights to approach clients in a consultative manner

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • Meeting activity targets and growing the client base
  • Setting revenue and behavioural standards for your team.
  • Accurate and timely financial forecasting.
  • Being able to be organised, resilient and proactive in billing / management
  • Securing consistent new business for yourself and colleagues.
  • Complete successful presentations on your engineering specialism.
  • Take accountability for and be able to evidence examples of on-going self-learning and development.
