This role supports the permanent recruitment team, supporting organisations hiring for tech and non-tech talent on an exclusive basis but also via a PSL. You'll lead the recruiters to ensure SLAs are met and the team's KPIs are achieved, whilst also developing them to become successful 180 recruiters.
Job Summary:
The Regional Recruitment Manager leads and manages the specialist market sales team within a designated region.
