Overall Aim:
As an Engineering Recruitment Resourcer, your primary responsibility is to support the recruitment team in identifying and attracting qualified engineers for various job openings. This role involves proactive candidate sourcing, building talent pipelines, and maintaining a database of potential candidates.
You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a steady flow of suitable candidates, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment process. Working as part of the engineering recruitment team, you will need the ability to research and understand a variety of engineering positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement
Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other platforms, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in available positions.
Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about potential opportunities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and initial screening process
Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and relevant information.
Regularly review and cleanse the database to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
Administrative Support
Assist in the coordination of interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
Handle administrative tasks related to candidate management, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining records.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as the number of sourced candidates, time to fill, and other relevant KPIs.
Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on the progress of sourcing activities.

JOB PURPOSE:This role is a full 360 Recruitment position with a balance of account management and new business on the manufacturing vertical. This will be temp and permanent recruitment (mix of both).As a Recruitment Consultant within Manpower, you'll be expected to develop your abilities to a senior level and maximise market opportunities. Working within a robust candidate and client network you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong rapport with clients and placing talent into vacancies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive the Manpower business and managing the 360 desk.Proactively build your profile and personal brand on social channels including LinkedIn to maximise candidate selectionSource candidates effectively using various platformsGenerate new client relationships through a variety of methodsMeet or exceed revenue targets through both new and existing clients.Offer a 360 sales solution to your client to show end to end client engagementUse sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract businessUse market data and insights to approach clients in a consultative manner with a high level of service and added value.Represent the company and brand as a subject matter and market expert on face-to-face client meetings.Coach more junior consultants showing consistency in behaviours and levels of performance against targets.
