Recruitment Resourcer

RECRUITMENT RESOURCER

This opportunity is long term with great stability working in a brilliant team of consultants. Full training offered and we are looking for the right candidate who is motivated, resilient and can multitask well.

Location: Leeds LS1, UK. Great transport link next to the train station.

Duration: Permanent full time.

Experience Needed:

The right candidate will be resilient, a strong team player and someone who loves working a variety of recruitment roles within the Engineering sector.

Overall Aim:

As an Engineering Recruitment Resourcer, your primary responsibility is to support the recruitment team in identifying and attracting qualified engineers for various job openings. This role involves proactive candidate sourcing, building talent pipelines, and maintaining a database of potential candidates.

You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a steady flow of suitable candidates, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment process. Working as part of the engineering recruitment team, you will need the ability to research and understand a variety of engineering positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement

  • Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other platforms, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in available positions.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about potential opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and initial screening process
  • Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and relevant information.
  • Regularly review and cleanse the database to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations

Administrative Support

  • Assist in the coordination of interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to candidate management, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining records.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as the number of sourced candidates, time to fill, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on the progress of sourcing activities.

Skills required:

  • Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organisational Skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • IT and Administration - Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and various online platforms for candidate sourcing (full training given).
  • Team Player - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Attention to Detail - Thoroughness in maintaining accurate candidate records and information.
