Our challenge to you - as a Senior Internal Auditor, you will be part of a Global Audit team with accountability for executing the annual internal audit plan for ManpowerGroup international operations.The Senior Audit Advisor participates in the planning, performance, and reporting of both assurance and advisory internal audit projects to deliver against the department's Audit Charter, ensuring audit work conforms to regulatory and industry best practices and standards. You will be working as part of a global team, auditing risk areas and providing opportunities for improvement to senior leadership across different locations, business lines, and operations.In this hybrid role based in London, you will have the flexibility to work remotely four days per week as well as network with colleagues in the office one day per week. International travel during audit fieldwork will also give you the opportunity to work directly with colleagues from around the world. How You Will Make a Difference and Gain ExperienceSuccessfully lead internal audits and advisory projects, following standard programs and methodologies, to identify control concerns, opportunities for improvement and best practicesDevelop risk-based audit programs to achieve audit objectives for assigned audit projectsComplete audit testing, inquiry, observation and other analysis required to meet objectives of assigned audit projectsProvide insight into multiple topics, including but not limited to:Accuracy and completeness of financial and operational informationCompliance of accounting records with US GAAP, Company policies and procedures, Code of Conduct, and applicable local laws and regulationsRisk management and effectiveness of internal controlsRoot cause and business riskData analytics on transactional data to detect anomalies and unusual trendsAccomplishment of objectives and goals established for the specific projectsMeasures taken to safeguard assets, including tests of existence and ownership as appropriateEconomy, effectiveness, and efficiency in the use of resourcesEngage in continuous knowledge development regarding regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standardsProduce work paper documentation that is clear and concise, provides adequate detail of work performed and conclusions reached. Documentation meets professional standards, requires minimal revisions and review notesDiligently document, communicate, and coordinate findings within the audit team and Company management, working closely with the Audit Advisory Services Team Leads and Leadership TeamDemonstrate time management and the ability to meet established deadlinesExercise discretion in the review of records to ensure compliance with data privacy standards and confidentiality of all matters that come to the engagement team's attentionOther special projects as mutually agreed with the Audit Advisory Services Leadership Team What You'll Bring3 to 5 years of relevant previous work experience in Accounting, Audit or FinanceBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required, with evidence of strong and distinguished academic performanceACCA, ACA, CPA, CIA, CFE or equivalent professional certification, either complete or in processExperience working with multicultural global teams or projects is desirable but not requiredAbility to work extended hours when necessaryExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsStrong project management skills with a high attention to detailExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced computer skills on Microsoft Office Suite and analytics tools such as PowerBIAbility to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reportsAbility to travel an estimated 25-35% to international and domestic locationsFluency in English required.
