Job Purpose:
You will be required to understand the full requirements and to scope out the end to end delivery of a solution working closely with the sales and operational teams across the business. The role will be expected to have an understanding of the wider context of a solution delivery relevant to the client's existing environment and to project manage the migration and delivery of the solution, owning the communications with the external client and all internal clients.
Key Performance Measures:
Develop, tailor and manage a detailed project plan for the implementation of the project to ensure the achievement of the implementation targets.
As such you will be expected to act as a key interface between the Client, Sales, Operations, Solution Delivery and other business functions
Achieve a smooth staff transition whether under a TUPE transfer or a migration between other suppliers.
Principle Accountabilities:
Co-ordinate key stakeholders within the internal and external project teams, with responsibility for:
Helping to define client's requirements relating to staff transition
Developing client's project plans with corresponding team and client communications to track progress against deliverables.
Project reporting and governance.
Support the co-ordination of the testing / implementation of client solutions prior to delivery.
Identify issues internally and externally to the project team - collating and managing appropriate issues and risks to resolution.
Attend meetings with clients as required.
Escalate serious issues in a timely fashion.
Liaison with operational teams during the provisioning stages of a project.
Maintain specific documentation e.g. client specifications, processes and training material.
Liaising with third party suppliers as required.
Reporting:
Produce client highlight reporting, identifying risks and issues.
Produce client project plans and produce reporting against progress.
Provide commentary on performance including identification of any risks/issues/areas for improvement and implementing recovery plans where key targets are not being met.
Communication:
Act as a point of contact for clients during the project delivery phase of a solution. Demonstrate full understanding of the solution requirements and implementation phases and time scales.
Act as a conduit between the client, Sales, Operational and back office functions to resolve client problems, risks and issues.
The role is expected to be professional, courteous and diligent at all times.

Demonstrable ability to take ownership and manage multiple client projects of varying complexity.
Demonstrable technical awareness and knowledge of Manpower's back office IT systems. Ability to take ownership of issues and to resolve them promptly and efficiently.
Reporting is a critical part of the role and as such, candidates should be able to demonstrate the status, risks and time scales of all current projects.
Ideally knowledge and understanding of the TUPE Regulations and the requirements when transferring employees both in and out of the company.
