The Regional Recruitment Manager is responsible for Manpower's UK brand delivery within a designated region of the UK for Convenience temporary and permanent business across all verticals within the Manpower specialisms - driving, logistics, manufacturing and ancillary, you will be expected to maximise GP opportunity throughout your client base in each of these core areas.
You will lead a dedicated team of consultants focused on delivering temporary workforce solutions to both national accounts and retail business. Your dedicated team may be made of pure 360 retail consultants along with pure delivery consultants that have separate focus driving a high ROI. The region will be managed from one central office with your consultant team being based within this with the wider geography of regional responsibility.

What you'll be doing Acting as the main onsite contact for employees and providing day-to-day support. Building strong relationships to drive engagement, wellbeing and retention. Managing attendance, welfare concerns and return-to-work conversations. Supporting onboarding and site inductions for new starters. Working closely with recruitment teams to maintain workforce levels. Building strong relationships with client managers and site leaders. Escalating any wellbeing, safety or operational concerns. Supporting payroll administration and maintaining accurate records. Producing basic reports on attendance, retention and workforce performance. Ensuring compliance with company and client processes. What we're looking for Experience in recruitment, customer service or similar people-focused role. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence handling sensitive conversations professionally and empathetically. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
