The role…

As a Recruitment Consultant within our CoRE (Centre of Recruitment Excellence) Team, you will work with some of the world's most prestigious IT, Engineering and Finance Clients.

Engaging all sorts of interesting and talented professionals, you'll enjoy the versatility of candidate marketing and building relationships with potential employers and candidates, alongside the rewarding journey from CV submission through to job offers and onboarding.

Recruitment is the art of asking good questions, engaging people, and conveying the right information to the right people at the right time. You'll be supported in achieving targets and building your own personal brand to become the 'go to' person and subject matter expert in your specialist market, but you also have to be comfortable working autonomously, ready to crack on, and eager to make things happen.

Alternatively, you have previous sales experience, are commercially savvy and keen to start a career within recruitment
