Role Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute prospect pursuit plans that prioritise a "client first" approach and identify opportunities
  • Develop and deliver added value services for new clients (eg. End to end RPO modules, Project RPO)
  • Drive the success of RPO project sales by leveraging all ManpowerGroup assets (digital and thought leadership)
  • Manage and track a qualified sales pipeline in accordance with MSD standards
  • Work collaboratively with all parts of the sales and solutions function and wider organisation to drive opportunities and activity
  • Generate leads and target potential RPO project clients through targeted lead generation strategies
  • Increase the number of new RPO project clients and diversify the portfolio.
  • Manage internal stakeholders throughout Talent Solutions
  • Conduct commercial analysis and financial modelling for RPO project opportunities

Requirements:

  • Lead generation and sales experience
  • Self driven individual who wants to grow a successful sales career
  • Pro-actively seeks opportunities for the team to attract and win new clients.
  • Networking and building relationships with prospects
  • Puts the client first - demonstrates a commitment to meeting clients requirements and expectations
  • Experience of using data insights to define the sales approach and gain credibility
  • Strong communicator, developed negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Passionate about delivering great client solutions for clients
