ManpowerGroup are pleased to be hiring for a Recruitment Team Manager to join our Bristol based team!This is a permanent, hybrid opportunity working from our Bristol office 2 - 3 days a week.As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a team of Client Business Partners, supporting them in the delivery of our workforce solutions. You will proactively partner with client stakeholders to understand their recruitment requirements and to ensure these are managed by the team against set process steps, milestones and budgetary guidelines whilst ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction through meeting all set KPIs and SLAs.Key Responsibilities:Manage the Client Business Partners to deliver our workforce solutions to the client, ensuring that through the team we achieve fulfilment of all recruitment requirements through an exceptional service to our clients.Conduct regular 1-2-1 reviews, to manage and enhance individual and team performance, and hold regular career conversations to support career developmentEnsure the team has a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, engaging with our central recruitment function and other internal teams where requiredTrack and analyse recruitment metrics (internal and/or suppliers) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide recommendations for improvementTake action to monitor and manage costs related to own work and that of the team, additionally reviewing that the performance and costs of 3rd parties are within target.Ensure there is a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processEnsure all vendor management systems are utilised in a compliant manner to produce positive audit resultsDevelop strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externallyDeal with complex situations or escalations and effectively resolve potential issues or areas of conflictShare data and insights from systems and through research, to inform and recommend recruitment strategies and market approaches.Experience required:You will have proven experience of managing a team through effective coaching, people management and leadershipYou will have experience managing senior stakeholders through a variety of communication methodsAbility to negotiate with and influence key decision makersAbility to create and drive effective and innovative sourcing channels with a pro-active approach to identify and attract key talentAbility to understand, analyse, and interpret business requirements and information i.e. demand plans, attraction channels, market insightsTarget driven and results focusedExperience of managing complex situations through to resolutionMust be able to collaborate at a high level and be positive, decisive, driven and forward thinking.If this sounds like the opportunity for you, apply now!

As a Client Manager, you are responsible for proactively planning, designing and implementing appropriate workforce solution to the client and building excellent client relationships. You will deploy the strategic vision and develop the workforce solution, managing strategic relationships with all stakeholders. You are responsible for the recruitment and continuing development of your teams to ensure that they drive high performance and deliver against all operational objectives, KPI's and SLAs.
