ManpowerGroup are currently hiring for an experienced Sales Manager to grow business opportunities and execute a sales strategy that drives increased activity and therefore leads with new clients. We are seeking an experienced individual with a recruitment and sales background; so whether you are looking for that next step up from consultant or whether you are exploring new sales roles within recruitment this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
With no direct reports, you can give 100% of your time and focus to booking in client calls, run marketing campaigns to attract clients, and respond to leads passed over.
You will be:
Targeting clients through lead generation both proactive and reactive
Developing relationships with new customers and diversifying the portfolio
Developing and implementing new client pursuit plans
Working closely with all parts of the sales and solutions function and wider organisation
Managing stakeholders
Ensuring all activity is kept up to date and tracked on the system
Proven experience and traits:
Previous lead generation and sales experience
Pro-actively seeks opportunities for the team to attract and win new clients.
Able to deliver against targets
Excellent communicator and networker
Demonstrates a commitment to meeting clients requirements and expectations
Experience of using data and trend analysis to inform future sales strategies
Articulate communicator, developed negotiation and persuasion skills
