SUMMARY:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to become an expert in global talent trends and employment markets, taking this knowledge to bring new business to the cross-border team across a range of new and existing clients. The role is to develop relationships with new clients; win and deliver new business across both staffing and IT Project Services sectors, and to promote the Cross-Border Solution across the wider marketplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with management and the wider team to develop the sales strategy and grow our GP value across new clients
Build a sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and generate leads through to client conversion
Develop and implement new client pursuit plans ('client first'), leveraging market intelligence to deliver immediate returns and long-term profitable relationships
Work with the team to develop bespoke client specific solutions to create a differentiated value proposition
Work across both Staffing and IT Services sectors to drive the cross-border solution's growth in high value markets
Ensure all sales activity and pipeline is tracked, qualified, and signed off in accordance with internal procedures
Work with the wider cross border team and international internal partners to maximise monetisation in accounts and ensure risk and compliance requirements are met
Be a thought leader and expert in global IT markets, working specifically with multiple countries to develop key knowledge and create value
Be a brand ambassador for the wider IT services team to support overall strategic growth

Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related enquiries, representing Manpower professionally onsite.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both temporary and permanent positions.Conduct weekly reporting and ensure accuracy using advanced Excel skills.Hold monthly review meetings with client stakeholders and onsite staff.Carry out regular compliance and audit checks, ensuring all standards are met.Stay up to date with the local candidate market, proactively sourcing talent and maintaining strong pipelines.Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to spec in suitable candidates to meet business needs.Provide forward-thinking, innovative recruitment solutions to support the client's growth and success. About You:Previous recruitment experience is essential - onsite account management experience highly desirable.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Excellent organisational ability with a proactive and forward-thinking approach.Advanced skills in Excel (reporting and data management).Able to work independently while being a trusted extension of our client's team.
