The Brook Street Senior Appointments Care Team specialise in the recruitment of Home/Senior Management & Clinical/Nursing candidates. for Health and Social Care businesses across the UK. Our clients range from single site owners, to privately and publicly owned large, multisite providers, private specialist hospitals and charitable organisations to name but a few. Across the Adult & Children & Young People sectors.
Due to the nature of our role, we are looking for a Consultant who will be able to bring in new business at this level and most importantly be able to attract and identify management, clinical and specialist level across the permanent recruitment sector. You will have expertise in candidate attraction, the knowledge of the health, education, and social care marketplace.

Brook Street PSR are thrilled to be hiring for a Delivery Consultant to join our team in Cardiff.What will you be doing?As a Delivery Consultant, you will manage client relationships, source and onboard candidates. This role requires effective liaison with both clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and a high level of service throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, supporting clients' requirements, and managing worker welfare once placements are made.Core ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client needs and provide recruitment adviseAdvertise roles, source candidates and ensure complianceManage candidate submissions and coordinate interviewsOversee candidate onboarding and initial supportMaintain regular check-ins with clients and address concernsConduct onsite visits and communicate updates to clients and candidatesClient EngagementProvide expert advice on role specifications, industry trends, and recruitment strategiesOffer consultative services on advertising and candidate engagementLiaise with clients regarding the submission process, providing clear communication around CVs, interviews, and rolesConfidently present candidates to clients, highlighting their skills and suitabilityConduct regular onsite visits to clients, ensuring the workforce is aligned with client expectationsAct as a key communication channel between candidates and clients regarding pay reviews, legislative changes, and other relevant discussionsVacancy ManagementAdvertise roles confidently, utilizing AI tools to craft compelling job advertsWork with the Team Manager to review advertising strategies and evaluate their effectivenessArrange and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring both parties are well-preparedMonitor contract end dates and ensure timely discussions with clients for assignment extensionsCandidate ManagementProactively source candidates using various platforms, ensuring candidates meet compliance requirementsComplete full candidate registrations, eligibility checks, and verify required documentationConduct initial screening interviews to assess suitability for rolesServe as the main point of contact for candidates to ensure their first day and week go smoothlyHandle employee issues such as sickness, return-to-work processes, performance conversations, grievance handling, and mental health-related adaptationsSkills / Experience RequiredProven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally in a consultative capacityStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidatesConfidence in adverting roles and leveraging AI tools to enhance job advertisementAbility to the manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, registration, compliance and placementStrong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Understanding of compliance regulations and the ability to carry out eligibility checksKnowledge of the employment market and the ability to provide clients with market insights and adviceComfort with onsite client visits and addressing employee welfare concerns About Brook Street: Brook Street PSR is one of the largest suppliers of administration and clerical contingent workers to Public Sector organisations across the UK.Central government, non-departmental public bodies, arm's length bodies and executive agencies. Senior Client Relationship Manager - Hybrid RoleWe are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to be the primary face of our VMS programme. While the Implementation Lead manages the technical rollout, this role is all about client, contractor, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth adoption, strong relationships, and commercial growth.
