This is a Hybrid opportunity based in and around New Malden.
As a Senior Client Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering complex workforce solutions as required by our clients, whilst mentoring other team members. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure there is a strong diverse talent pipeline. You will design and facilitate recruitment strategies that are aligned with business objectives and will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements are managed against set process steps, milestones and budgetary guidelines whilst ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction through meeting set KPIs and SLAs.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers & HR to define job requirements and establish recruitment strategies
Complete ownership of all requisitions, end to end process
Provide complex or larger volume workforce solutions as required by our clients. These can include liaising with, and supplier management of, third-party providers regarding contingent or permanent workforce, direct sourcing, Academy, referral and internal moves, selection and candidate management, or potentially a blend of all
Facilitate or oversee the selection process, negotiate offers, and secure acceptance of offers, whether conducted by Talent Solutions CORE or through a supplier
Networking within the Defence industry building relationships with the customer and external marketplace
Ensure that there is a diverse talent pipeline for future hiring needs and future skills, engaging with our central recruitment function and insights team. Working closely with client HR, senior leadership team and/or hiring communities
Mentor less experienced team members, sharing knowledge where appropriate
Track and analyse recruitment metrics (internal and/or suppliers) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide recommendations for improvement
Ensure consideration for a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and make improvements if necessary
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and share with team members
Manage and maintain relationships with client key stakeholders, HR, hiring communities and the senior management team (SLT)
Required on client site 1-2 days per week
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:
Several years' experience working as part of a RPO or internal talent acquisition team
Knowledge and experience of working in the Defence industry
Connections and relationships with the external market, candidates and clients
Awareness and understanding of the Defence clearance requirements, talent pools and candidate attraction and engagement models
Engagement and management of customer senior leadership teams (SLT)
Excellent communicator with ability to build strong, long-lasting influential relationships
Strong commercial awareness and ability to positively impact profitability
Highly effective in managing and prioritising workload
Good commercial awareness and ability to maximise profitability · Ability to analyse multiple data sources to inform decision making
Good analytical skills to aid problem solving
Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills
