Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits and reviews to uphold compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.
Pioneering the creation of comprehensive compliance files to showcase our end-to-end recruitment process.
Develop and maintain meticulous compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to address compliance-related challenges and implement effective solutions.
Liaise with clients to understand their compliance requirements and ensure alignment with our policies and procedures.
Maintain meticulous records and documentation to track compliance activities and outcomes.
