We're looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Operations team in Uxbridge. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring colleagues across the business are paid accurately and on time, while supporting process improvements and helping develop team capability.

What You'll Be Doing
Payroll Processing & Accuracy
Process and validate payroll submissions and templates
Manage SSP, Parental Pay, Student Loans, NI exemptions, Pensions and RTI tasks
Handle holiday queries and statutory payroll documentation
Customer Service & Query Resolution
Respond to payroll queries from employees, internal teams and external agencies
Produce statements of earnings, copy payslips, references and government forms
Payments & Adjustments
Process BACS recalls, faster payments and CHAPS
Manage overpayments, manual adjustments and payroll reconciliations
Compliance & Year‑End
Support Auto‑Enrolment, P11D activities and National Statistics Surveys
Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements, internal controls and SOX frameworks
Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
Support and cross‑train team members
Contribute to department goals
Identify and support implementation of process improvements
