Experience required:- Min of 2 years agency, RPO or inhouse end to end recruitment experience- Proven capability sourcing niche skills across Tech, Finance or Corporate functions.- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
