Social Care Trainer | Base salary of £30k + Car allowance | Birmingham - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

As a dedicated Trainer for Brook Street Social Care, you will be responsible for the delivery and future enhancement of our core training packages to ensure our associates have the tools and knowledge to work within the social care sector.

Reporting to the Social Care Training Manager, you will have the flexibility of hybrid working, with the opportunity to deliver training online and in person.

Brook Street Social Care are passionate to support the vulnerable within our society. A compassionate and enthusiastic commitment to the sector is a must, along with a driven commitment to enhance our associates experience and career.

Experience/Skills required:

  • A teaching/assessing qualification such as Award in Educational Training (AET)
  • Previous experience delivering and designing training
  • Knowledge of health and social care apprenticeships
  • Knowledge of recruitment
  • Health and social care qualification such as HSC Level 2,3 or 5 apprenticeship
  • Care certificate qualification
