Solutions Architect - Global MSP Implementation Location: UK-based, Remote with occasional international travel Salary: Competitive
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Global MSP Implementation Team. This is a client-facing role responsible for designing and deploying Managed Service Provider (MSP) programmes post-sale, through hypercare, and into steady-state operations. Often referred to as a "Business Analyst," this role plays a critical part in shaping future-state solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client requirement and validation sessions to gather end-to-end engagement process details
Develop solution blueprints, design elements, and document business rules
Provide strategic guidance on workforce solutions including staff augmentation, SOW, IC management, and direct sourcing
Collaborate with Vendor Management System (VMS) providers (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY) to ensure seamless integration
Support the development of transition strategies, communication plans, and change management approaches
Assist with data gathering and delivery for VMS system configuration
Contribute to optimisation initiatives such as cost savings, supplier rationalisation, and rate card creation
Support training efforts for internal teams, suppliers, and clients
Coordinate with VMS Systems Engineers to ensure accurate configuration and testing
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure client expectations are met
Maintain adherence to TAPFIN's Quality Management System (QMS) standards

Comprehensive client requirements captured and documented
Scalable and accurate solution designs delivered
Effective transition strategies executed with minimal disruption
Optimised programme configuration and successful testing outcomes

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience with VMS platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
Deep understanding of the staffing industry and resource engagement models
Experience working with large system integrators and MSPs
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong time management and analytical problem-solving abilities
Minimum 5+ years in staffing or IT project services, with customer service experience preferred
