Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Job Purpose

As part of the ManpowerGroup People & Culture Team, you will be responsible for providing a proactive and comprehensive recruitment service across various functions within your dedicated brand(s) from within the ManpowerGroup (Manpower, Experis, Brook Street, Talent Solutions & CoRE and Business Support)

You'll play a key part in the management of an efficient service to hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle and take responsibility for stakeholder engagement at all levels. With a team responsibility for delivering commercial benefit, you'll create solutions to attract, recruit and retain the best calibre of candidates in line with business needs, whilst positively impacting on the business' recruitment costs i.e., Improving ROI and reducing agency fees year on year. You'll actively research the recruitment marketplace, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest and most innovative ways to attract, engage and assess Talent.

Key Responsibilities

To assist in the creation and implementation of bespoke Internal Talent Acquisition plan(s) to support your dedicated brand(s). Working closely in collaboration with Head of Internal Talent Acquisition, Senior Service Delivery Manager, Talent Acquisition Account Manager and Senior Hiring Managers and in partnership with the Internal Recruitment POD, wider P&C and HR teams to provide a comprehensive, consistent, and professional service across all Internal Talent Acquisition functions.

  • Responsible for overseeing and taking ownership for the internal recruitment requirements within your brand, proactively making yourself aware of hiring progress from all talent channels
  • Receiving Authority to Hire (ATH) and new vacancy details from hiring managers. Proactively conducting vacancy assessments (checking approval and sign off plus details of the role including potential internal applicants).
  • Take responsibility for any required internal advertising and managing all internal applicants through the standardised internal process, regardless of stage in process.
  • Liaise with Senior Delivery Manager regarding new vacancies, who will then send the vacancy to the relevant geographically aligned recruiter
  • Proactively arrange recruitment briefing meetings between hiring manager, RBP and Specialist Recruiter. RBP role is to introduce the call and sets the scene of the meeting, go through roles and responsibilities. (Specialist Recruiter leads the recruitment briefing and takes accountability for the delivery of CV's and updates within the SLA's)
  • Contribute to policies and processes that support the business hiring practices
  • Provide regular updates to Talent Acquisition Account Manager in relation to recruitment activity for your brand(s) to support in the reporting of Talent Acquisition and Internal Hiring progress
  • Participate in / lead Internal Talent Acquisition projects for your brand(s), and liaise cross functionally with other teams to identify areas of mutual interest
  • Input into the development of a strategy covering all social media and all careers related digital marketing that portrays a world class Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand that is representative of ManpowerGroup and its brands (Brook Street, Experis, Manpower, Talent Solutions)

Key Skills

  • Previous recruitment experience - ideally from an internal function
  • Business partnering experience would be beneficial
  • Strong understanding of what good looks like in terms of candidate journey, EVP & process
  • Able to work with excel and pull effective reports
  • Strong stakeholder management
