Talent Acquisition Business Partner - FULLY REMOTE

Job Purpose
As part of the ManpowerGroup People & Culture Team, you will be responsible for providing a proactive and comprehensive recruitment service across various functions within your dedicated brand(s) from within the ManpowerGroup (Manpower, Experis, Brook Street, Talent Solutions & CoRE and Business Support) You'll play a key part in the management of an efficient service to hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle and take responsibility for stakeholder engagement at all levels. With a team responsibility for delivering commercial benefit, you'll create solutions to attract, recruit and retain the best calibre of candidates in line with business needs, whilst positively impacting on the business' recruitment costs i.e., Improving ROI and reducing agency fees year on year. You'll actively research the recruitment marketplace, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest and most innovative ways to attract, engage and assess Talent.


Key Responsibilities
To assist in the creation and implementation of bespoke Internal Talent Acquisition plan(s) to support your dedicated brand(s). Working closely in collaboration with Head of Internal Talent Acquisition, Senior Service Delivery Manager, Talent Acquisition Account Manager and Senior Hiring Managers and in partnership with the Internal Recruitment POD, wider P&C and HR teams to provide a comprehensive, consistent, and professional service across all Internal Talent Acquisition functions.


Internal Recruitment Activity
* Responsible for overseeing and taking ownership for the internal recruitment requirements within your brand, proactively making yourself aware of hiring progress from all talent channels
* Receiving Authority to Hire (ATH) and new vacancy details from hiring managers. Proactively conducting vacancy assessments (checking approval and sign off plus details of the role including potential internal applicants).
* Liaise with Senior Delivery Manager regarding new vacancies, who will then send the vacancy to the relevant geographically aligned recruiter
* Proactively arrange recruitment briefing meetings between hiring manager, RBP and Specialist Recruiter. RBP role is to introduce the call and sets the scene of the meeting, go through roles and responsibilities. (Specialist Recruiter leads the recruitment briefing and takes accountability for the delivery of CV's and updates within the SLA's)
Policy and Process
* Contribute to policies and processes that support the business hiring practices
* Use these policies to engage with Senior Managers to ensure their use across ManpowerGroup
* Work closely with the wider Internal Talent Acquisition team to ensure that policies are aligned, to enhance the hiring processes, ensure hiring manager engagement and ultimately candidate experience
Internal Talent Acquisition Information Management

Recruitment Projects
* Participate in / lead Internal Talent Acquisition projects for your brand(s), and liaise cross functionally with other teams to identify areas of mutual interest
* Drive innovative changes in Internal Talent Acquisition practices and tools including attraction and engagement, screening and assessment, onboarding and induction
* Keeping social media channels updated with innovative and forward-thinking content, helping to build the employer brand both internally and externally and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with talent.
* Ensuring that all content and communication is in line with brand guidelines and business objectives


Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
* Input into the development of a strategy covering all social media and all careers related digital marketing that portrays a world class Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand that is representative of ManpowerGroup and its brands (Brook Street, Experis, Manpower, Talent Solutions)
* Create engaging ideas and concepts that will be expressed through video and imagery on numerous digital channels including the company's careers social media platforms and careers website insight and internal best practice
* Keeping social media channels updated with innovative and forward-thinking content, helping to build the employer brand both internally and externally and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with talent.
* Ensuring that all content and communication is in line with brand guidelines and business objectives
* Be an ambassador for the function and represent Internal Talent Acquisition internally and externally (as appropriate)
* Proactive identify effective ways of improving Internal Talent Acquisition processes and procedures to improve overall Internal Talent Acquisition service delivery

Be an Expert and Support the Team
* Keep up to date with external trends and best practice in the areas and brands of expertise and internal recruitment more broadly.
* Proactively develop a network of contacts in order to explore opportunities to drive efficiency's and improved experience throughout the internal talent acquisition process.
* Continuously drive improvements in tools and policies through external market trends, insight and internal best practice
* Build relationships and form alliances with internal and external contacts to look for innovations and opportunities
