Job Summary

Collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure there is a strong diverse talent pipeline. You will design and facilitate recruitment strategies that are aligned with business objectives and will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements are managed against set process steps, milestones and budgetary guidelines whilst ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction through meeting set KPIs and SLAs. Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers & HR to define job requirements and establish recruitment strategiesComplete ownership of all requisitions, end to end processProvide complex or larger volume workforce solutions as required by our clients. These can include liaising with, and supplier management of, third-party providers regarding contingent or permanent workforce, direct sourcing, Academy, referral and internal moves, selection and candidate management, or potentially a blend of allFacilitate or oversee the selection process, negotiate offers, and secure acceptance of offers, whether conducted by Talent Solutions CORE or through a supplierNetworking within the Defence industry building relationships with the customer and external marketplaceEnsure that there is a diverse talent pipeline for future hiring needs and future skills, engaging with our central recruitment function and insights team.
