We are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and busy team in Edinburgh. Are you confident, driven and seeking a long term career in recruitment? What will I be doing?

  • Generating new clients through calls, emails, marketing campaigns etc.
  • Becoming a reputable and reliable consultant who will be working towards a reputation as the market leader in your field.
  • Sourcing candidates, utilising all tools and platforms available.
  • Completing a 360-recruitment role showing end to end engagement and satisfaction.
  • Hit and exceed targets and time frames set by your manager.
  • Offer a high standard of delivery and engagement to all clients.
  • Using market data to educate clients and offer an excellent service.
  • Fully understand your client's business including their technologies and their work culture to match the correct candidates to the roles.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an extremely driven individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and build strong working relationships. To thrive in this role, you need to be target driven, resilient, and adaptable. You will be working on multiple roles with multiple clients at once, and so you need to highly organised and able to prioritise. A background in customer service or sales environment with targets would be preferred but we are keen to speak to individuals who are motivated and want to build a successful career in recruitment.
