UK Sales Manager - BPO/Contact Centre - Key Resourcing Manpower

The Role
Responsible for new business sales within Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Contact Centre Services via Manpower Key Resourcing. Develop relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to deliver and monetise profitable business.
Reporting to the Sales Director and working closely with the Operations Director & Team Member of the Manpower UK Sales Team
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development activities
Accountable for delivering the new business sales target for BPO and Contact Centre
To identify and increase new business opportunities through proactive sales channels and relationship building
Develop and implement added value concepts and services with new clients, focusing on higher value solutions
Increase the number of new customers for Manpower Key Resourcing within BPO and Contact Centre, with individual deal size to be more than £200k annualised GP
Achieve minimum expected monthly KPI numbers - Driving high levels of new business activity (phone, Teams, Mail, LinkedIn, events, networking)
Identifying and developing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Networking throughout the market to identify new client targets and customers
Meeting with Key Stakeholders face-to-face to educate, sell and promote new business through presentations and analysis
Develop sales campaigns with marketing to drive new business, by planning and delivering multiple campaigns
Drive the monetisation of new wins for Key Resourcing
Maintain and develop relationships with Clients through regular and structured contact to establish on-going needs
Foster close relationships with group SMB teams and Key Resourcing operational teams
Pass lower GP spend leads to the relevant group sales lead
Ensuring that the appropriate financial sign off processes are in place and adhered to for all opportunities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting / forecasts
All sales related activities to be updated and managed on Microsoft Dynamics
Ensure compliance with Company, client, and legislative requirements
Comply with the Company's Business Ethics and standards of excellence

Monitor's performance to deliver against objectives/ deadlines / targets

Worked closely with the group, including the central teams, branch networks, marketing, and operations teams
Puts the client first - demonstrates a commitment to meeting clients' requirements and expectations
Articulate communicator, developed negotiation and persuasion skills
Works in a systematic, structured way, plans and manages own time effectively
Track record in delivery wins and profitable sales in the BPO / Contact Centre marketplace
