What You'll Do:

Qualifications:

5-7 years of proven outside direct sales experience, with a focus on consultative and solution-oriented approaches.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and staffing experience preferred.
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to establish and nurture relationships across all levels of management.
