Responsibilities:HR Process managementEstablish standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies, procedures, approvals, reporting and regulations to maintain accurate and up to date employee records and documentationIdentify opportunities for process optimisation and automation and to improve user experience System and Data ManagementOversee the daily operation of the HR Information System (HRIS)Ensure data integrity, security and accuracy within the system, developing reporting capabilities and dashboards as neededDevelop and Execute Project plans for HRIS /other technology upgrades and enhancements Service Delivery ManagementEnsure timely and accurate delivery of HR Services including offer management and employee administrationMonitor service level agreements and key performance indicators to ensure high service standards are maintainedCollaborate with other People and Culture teams, payroll and other internal stakeholdersAct as primary escalation point for employee administration queries and issues, ensuring a positive employee experience through effective resolution and communication.Undertake route cause analysis for improvement/development Team Leadership and DevelopmentOversee the daily operations of the HR Services TeamLead, mentor and develop a team of HR Coordinators to optimise their performanceDevelop and deliver training programs for new team members HR ProjectsParticipate in Global / Regional P&C projects related to HR data and processesManage ad hoc projects related to HR data, systems, processes or applications Qualifications & Experience:Excellent understanding of data management and reportingStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities to drive process improvementExperience with HR Information Systems and/or technology platformsUser experience focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality serviceGood communicator with ability to build collaborative relationshipsExperience of working in an HR services or recruitment process environment is desirableGood level of written and verbal communication skills What you'll receive:Competitive Pay: Base salary with opportunity of an annual company performance-based bonus.Holidays: 24 days' annual leave (up to 27 days with service) plus your birthday off, with the option to purchase up to five additional days.Pension: Competitive plan with contributions that grow with your length of service.Health & Wellbeing: Flexible benefits fund offering private medical insurance, dental, gym memberships, health screenings, and more.Family-Friendly Entitlements: Generous policies, including an employee assistance programme.Additional Perks: Monthly early finish Fridays, discounted share purchase opportunities, annual volunteering programme and awards, gym membership discounts, and retail shopping discounts through Tastecard and ManpowerGroup Rewards.
