Global Program Director

ManpowerGroup are pleased to be recruiting for a Global Program Director to join our Talent Solutions brand.

This opportunity is immediately available and will be working from our London office on a hybrid basis.

Role Summary:
The Global Program Director is responsible for providing leadership across all operational activities, driving initiatives, and supporting program evolution. This includes managing client success and business growth through strategic solutions at the client level. Holding overall accountability for the client global P&L and achievement of SLAs, you will develop strong client relationships and collaborate with internal regional delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. You will be responsible for directing the service to maximise client satisfaction, program compliance, and global delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the MSP program, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency. Design, plan, and implement appropriate operational solutions to deliver against the client's needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges, and providing personalised service and support. Handle complex client situations effectively using negotiation to facilitate a 'win-win' situation.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Generate new ideas, innovation, and continuous improvement of the global MSP operational services. Provide consultation regarding complex business issues to clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a global team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure optimal allocation of resources to meet delivery needs.
  • Account Management: Maintain account information including organisational structures, business plans, and recruitment plans. Be accountable for client global P&L and for achieving SLAs and KPIs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all aspects of the program comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise their impact.
