About the Role
The Media Executive is key to providing the business with access to external recruitment media channels, driving best practice and reporting on usage and effectiveness of these platforms. This role will involve working in close partnership with the media agency, recruiters and job board gatekeepers across the business, the client account management team, as well as a range of internal operational colleagues and external suppliers.
Responsibilities
Management of licences, credits, quota pots and access keys on Broadbean
Deal with day-to-day access issues liaising with operational teams and external suppliers
Management of email enquiries relating to media access, issues and contracts
Management and reporting of credit usage (job postings, CV downloads) with support from OME across all central media contracts, including cross charges
Liaison with HR, IT, operational teams and external media suppliers to ensure user lists are kept up to date with starters, leavers and current team structures
Tracking best practice on media platforms, analysis of usage and interpretation of results
Liaise with account and finance teams to provide insights into media usage RoI
Creation of best practice guides for key media channels (job boards, Broadbean, LinkedIn)
Provision of regular updates on media usage by team, flagging users requiring support and providing relevant training where needed
Offer SME support across media and attraction team in usage of key media platforms
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Co-ordinating media budgets
Required Skills
A role for a junior to mid-level media professional:
Strong planning and organisational skills with advanced Excel experience
Experience working in a marketing/media agency or with a media provider preferred
An understanding of LinkedIn, Broadbean and job boards would be ideal.
Proven experience working on multiple dashboards with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Analytical with the ability to analyse data and manage quotas/contracts
Ability to form strong and effective working relationships with people at all levels across the organisation and with external suppliers
Experimental and keen to challenge the norm and implement efficiencies in process and reporting
Ability to present to internal stakeholders and provide clear and accurate reports and analysis
Team player with ability to stand alone
Confident, resourceful with a "can do" attitude
Ability to work in a fast-moving and changing environment where challenge is the norm and issues widely varied
