About the role:

As an On-boarding Coordinator you will be aligned to an area of the Recruitment Operations function supporting the Babcock RPO Account (MEH Blue Cavendish Nuclear). You will report into the Permanent Recruitment PMO Manager who is responsible for leading, mentoring and coaching a flexible and high performing team, ensuring a high touch service is consistently delivered, whilst driving the team to ensure all operational activities around productivity, account profitability and customer satisfaction are always retained as critical priorities. In the role of the On-boarding Coordinator you will support and deliver the full on-boarding process for MEH Blue Cavendish Nuclear. Including:

  • Contract generation.
  • Candidate support throughout the on-boarding process
  • On-boarding compliance and documentation management.
  • Uploading candidate details to Vero and Health Partners for Fit Certificate.
  • Use on-boarding systems as required.
  • Provide reporting to the Permanent Recruitment PMO Manager/Management team on on-boarding activities.

Who we're looking for:

  • Relevant administrative, human resource and/or recruitment contract admin experience
  • Experience with working within a complex RPO or in-house recruitment teams
  • Experienced in the following areas of SME with the ability to build SME knowledge and best practice within all functional streams i.e., Contracts, On-boarding
  • Experience Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Experience in Data Protection protocols.
  • Experience of working with complex information
  • Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business information such as, business emails, corporate and client communications, work templates.
  • Excellent Attention to detail to ensure accuracy levels meet legal and company policies and standards.
  • Ability to excel in achieving accuracy service levels.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with RPO team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others and remain adaptable and flexible in your approach and working style.
  • Strong organisational skills, including time management and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to navigate within the various technology systems.
