About the role:
As an On-boarding Coordinator you will be aligned to an area of the Recruitment Operations function supporting the Babcock RPO Account (MEH Blue Cavendish Nuclear). You will report into the Permanent Recruitment PMO Manager who is responsible for leading, mentoring and coaching a flexible and high performing team, ensuring a high touch service is consistently delivered, whilst driving the team to ensure all operational activities around productivity, account profitability and customer satisfaction are always retained as critical priorities. In the role of the On-boarding Coordinator you will support and deliver the full on-boarding process for MEH Blue Cavendish Nuclear. Including:
Contract generation.
Candidate support throughout the on-boarding process
On-boarding compliance and documentation management.
Uploading candidate details to Vero and Health Partners for Fit Certificate.
Use on-boarding systems as required.
Provide reporting to the Permanent Recruitment PMO Manager/Management team on on-boarding activities.
