Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of consultants, driving performance and engagement
  • Build and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities and staying ahead of competitors
  • Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Deliver strategic workforce programmes including Mypath and Academies
  • Present insights and data to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions
  • Ensure a positive experience for our associates, aligned with our Associate Charter
  • Collaborate across departments to share best practices and drive innovation

What You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
  • Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders
  • High learnability and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or workforce solutions
  • Knowledge of business improvement methods and project management (desirable)
