Role Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and establish client requirements.
  • Manage growth and develop business relationships in your local market.
  • Represent applicants speculatively according to business guidelines.
  • Enhance new business performance by targeting and monitoring sales activities.

Maximising Existing Business:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular contact.
  • Continue to fulfil client needs and represent applicants speculatively.

Applicant Management:

  • Identify and attract core applicants using effective techniques.
  • Develop relationships with applicants and temporary workers, ensuring they are well-prepared for job placements.
  • Conduct registrations, interviews, and computer assessments to understand applicant skills.

Manage Performance:

  • Oversee a team of permanent consultants, ensuring a positive and productive environment.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the perm business and consultants' budget adherence to the Branch Manager.

Compliance:

  • Complete paperwork timely and accurately in line with company, client, and legislative requirements.
  • Maintain a robust filing system ensuring accurate documentation of client and applicant details.
  • Adhere to the company's Business Ethics and standards of excellence.

Experience, Skills and Attributes

  • Previous experience as a successful Perm Consultant OR as a Billing Team Leader
  • Adaptable and able to deliver to tight deadlines
  • A strong work ethic and hunger to learn
  • Ambition, drive, and a money motivated attitude
  • First class communication skills
