The Recruitment Delivery Manager manages client success and business growth through strategic solutions at the client level. Accountable for the client P&L and SLAs, you will develop strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will guide, support, and mentor the recruitment and delivery teams, monitor and report on key performance metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue targets, and client retention rates.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall delivery of the workforce solution to the client, proactively designing, planning, and implementing appropriate solutions to deliver against the client's needs.
