In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing creative marketing campaigns for multiple RPO clients, with the aim of attracting the best talent in the market. You will require proven experience in budget management, exceptional stakeholder management experience, project management skills, and a creative flair to develop inspired campaigns that leverage the client's employer brand and diversity, equality, and inclusion strategies.

What the role involves:

  • Develop creative marketing strategies, sell in your ideas, manage the campaign development and activation and report on candidate attraction campaigns for volume and non-volume experienced hires.
  • Senior stakeholder management (up to board level), both internally and externally with clients.
  • Working with our creative studio, develop eye catching and inspiring creative campaigns that bring the roles on offer to life.
  • Work with our media partners (OME) in developing impactful media campaigns that deliver results.
  • Act as the employer brand guardian for all comms, digital assets, and marketing collateral.
  • Budget management including spend, reporting and delivering ROI.
  • Advise and lead on campaigns that leverage the client's diversity, equality, and strategy for the business areas under your remit.
  • Project management of candidate attractions campaigns that you run.

Who we're looking for:

  • Exceptional senior stakeholder management with proven experience with internal and client stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic plans to solve complex recruitment challenges.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to persuade and convince senior stakeholders.
  • An all-rounded recruitment marketing Manager with a solid grasp of the latest marketing trends and principles.
  • Proven experience in budget management with a good level of commercial awareness.
  • Ability to project manage multiple attraction campaigns.
  • Technical expertise, understanding of the media landscape and comfortable with data
  • A creative individual who is self-motivated and strives for excellence.
  • Agile and flexible as you may be called to support other clients, campaigns, or projects outside your day-day.
