Track Recruitment Metrics:
Define and analyse recruitment metrics, conducting root cause analysis to drive data-driven solutions and provide regular updates to senior management.
Build Talent Pools:
Identify key talent segments and engage potential candidates through networking events and online forums.
Implement talent relationship management systems for personalised engagement and proactive succession planning.
Strategic Partnership with Hiring Managers:
Develop relationships with hiring managers, HR and other key stakeholders providing strategic guidance and recruitment plans aligned with organisational goals.
Provide guidance to the HM on the recruitment process, different routes to market and sourcing options.
Communication with Internal / External Stakeholders:
Establish clear communication channels with clients to provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and sourcing strategies.
Schedule regular check-in meetings with clients to review recruitment progress, address any concerns or challenges, and align on recruitment priorities.
Work with our chosen supply chain where needed to ensure roles that require additional support receive it.
Track supplier performance and ensure quality checks and processes are in place and performance is high, whilst ensuring process is followed.
Driving Diversity and Inclusion:
Champion D&I initiatives, track metrics, and collaborate with external organizations to expand diverse talent pipelines.
Staying Abreast of Industry Trends:
Monitor industry trends and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to inform recruitment strategies.

Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Peterborough. This will be recruiting within the manufacturing / blue collar temp desk. PLEASE NOTE: - *Having transport is a MUST due to client visits.* JOB DUTIES:Developing multiple relationships within existing clients to ensure growth of opportunities and to ensure we're building strong and lasting relationships.Using social media to conduct market research, identify and engage with clients, advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with clientsUsing talent databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates for the client.Qualifying candidates and checking their suitability before submitting their details to the clientMarket mapping, visiting clients and maximising sales and networking prowess.Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicantsOrganising interviews and providing feedback SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:Previous experience in recruitment OR sales showing resilience and tenacity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Self-motivated with a positive and results-driven attitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
