About the role:

As a Senior Emerging Talent Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering complex, high-impact early careers workforce solutions for our clients. This is a delivery-critical team lead role. Demonstrated expertise in early careers is essential. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, working closely with key business stakeholders to develop and deliver recruitment strategies aligned to business goals and diversity targets. You will manage assigned requisitions for undergraduate, graduate and apprentice opportunities ensuring effective delivery and an exceptional client and candidate experience. Your role also involves mentoring and guiding a team of Recruitment Business Partners to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery for campaign fulfilment.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Effectively lead and coach a small team of recruitment business partners ensuring effective delivery
  • Manage assigned requisitions end to end ensuring high quality candidates
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to define requirements and manage end to end
  • Partnering with multiple cross functional teams to ensure alignment and connectivity
  • Facilitate or oversee selection and assessment processes to drive assessment outcomes in a timely manner
  • Ensure effective management of talent pools to enable campaign fulfilment
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure consideration for a positive candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and share with team members
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Experience Required:

  • Several years' experience working in early careers recruitment.
  • Experience coaching and developing direct reports
  • Excellent communicator with ability to build strong, long-lasting influential relationships
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to positively impact profitability
  • Highly effective in managing and prioritising workload
  • Good commercial awareness and ability to maximise profitability
  • Ability to analyse multiple data sources to inform decision making
  • Good analytical skills to aid problem solving
  • Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills
