About the role:

  • Make business development calls and meet clients to build and manage your own portfolio.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates, matching them to meaningful roles.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Develop your personal online brand and work towards your targets.
  • You will need a car and licence as some client visits are required.

Who we're looking for:

  • An experienced Recruitment Consultant from Social Care, temporary or permanent.
  • Or a driven individual with sales, customer service, or admin experience.
  • Strong work ethic and appetite to learn.
  • Ambition, resilience, and money motivation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
