We're looking for a visionary, commercially minded Total Rewards Leader to step into this newly created position with the autonomy to design, shape, and lead a comprehensive rewards strategy across our European business. Reporting to the European People & Culture Leader, and working closely with our global Total Rewards team, you'll have a unique opportunity to define how we attract, retain and recognise talent across the region.

Your Mission: Build, Influence, and Evolve Total Rewards Across Europe

As our Total Rewards Leader, you will:

  • Set the Strategy: Design and deliver region wide compensation and benefits programmes that are competitive, inclusive, and aligned to both global objectives and local market needs.
  • Drive Innovation: Introduce new approaches to sales incentives, performance related pay, and recognition that energise and engage our workforce.
  • Ensure Fairness and Compliance: Lead our strategy for EU Pay Transparency, collaborating with country teams and global colleagues to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Support and Guide: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and P&C teams, providing expert insight on market trends, benchmarking, and leadership reward strategies.
  • Use Data to Drive Decisions: Monitor and analyse reward effectiveness, making data led recommendations to enhance impact and return on investment.
  • Act as Centre of Expertise: Lead the development of tools, policies, and frameworks that standardise and strengthen our reward offering across Europe.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

  • Senior level experience in compensation and benefits within a multinational business.
  • In depth knowledge of European employment laws, pay transparency, and regulatory frameworks.
  • A strong analytical approach, with the ability to interpret data and present compelling business cases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
  • A collaborative, consultative style, well-suited to a complex, matrixed environment.

Desirable:

  • Master's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
  • Proficiency with HR and compensation systems and tools.
  • Specific experience with pay equity, sales incentives, and performance-based reward design.
