What will I be doing?

Offer a high standard of delivery and engagement to all clients.
Reporting weekly successes to your manager and discuss any outstanding tasks and how you are going to achieve them.
Using market data to educate clients and offer an excellent service.
Continually strive for development and growth.
Taking responsibility and accountability for your own progression.
Fully understand your client's business including their technologies and their work culture to match the correct candidates to the roles.
Post and create content to attract candidates and to grow market presence.
