The B2C Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, loyalty and redeployment with candidates and associates across Manpower and its specialisms. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, digital marketing, and brand management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading successful B2C marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative comprehensive candidate marketing strategies to attract top talent across various channels.
Manage end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, job boards, and email.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and target candidate demographics.
Create compelling candidate campaigns to engage potential candidates.
Work with the B2C Data & Analytics manager to utilise data and analytics to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as industry influencers.
Coordinate B2C initiatives, including candidate testimonials, employer awards, and participation in industry events.
Lead B2C projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the organisation's reputation as a recruiter of choice.
Support the continued development of MyPath as a career development platform for Manpower.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in B2C marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies (desirable).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and consumer behaviour.
Qualifications in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, Business (desirable not essential).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
Strong stakeholder management skills.

Recruitment Consultant Location: Birmingham, UKWorking pattern: Monday - Friday, full time in the office. Full training offered + OTE. OVERALL AIM:Manpower is a dynamic, global recruitment organisation specialising in the world of recruitment. We are committed to providing exceptional recruitment services to our clients and career opportunities to candidates. We are looking for a motivated and driven candidate to join our Recruitment team at Manpower. This will be recruiting within the driving desk. JOB DUTIES:Developing multiple relationships within new and existing clients and growing the recruitment desk.Using different tools to market positions and source candidates.Using talent databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates for the client.Qualifying candidates and checking their suitability before submitting their details to the clientMarket mapping, visiting clients and maximising sales and networking prowess.Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicantsOrganising interviews and providing feedback SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:Previous experience in recruitment OR sales showing resilience and tenacity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Self-motivated with a positive and results-driven attitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
