As a Client Business Partner for our client, you will be responsible for delivering workforce solutions as required by our clients. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure there is a strong diverse talent pipeline. You will design and facilitate recruitment strategies that are aligned with business objectives and will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements are managed against set process steps, milestones and budgetary guidelines whilst ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction through meeting set KPIs and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
To act as single point of contact for the client and their business units ensuring a high touch value added service is provided, with the primary objective of account growth at the forefront
Effectively manage client relationships with the client, expectations and satisfaction across multiple sites and geographies. Client site visits / ManpowerGroup office presence expected - frequency will vary.
To create and maintain strong strategic and operational relationships within the client's business units at all levels to facilitate a deeper understanding of the account regarding the client's strategic vision

To take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of all recruitment solutions for each individual HM

Define and analyse recruitment metrics, conducting root cause analysis to drive data-driven solutions and provide regular updates to senior management
Targeting niche skill sets: Utilise your expertise to identify and engage candidates possessing rare and in-demand skills, expanding the talent pool beyond conventional methods
Ability to educate and influence client around the full Experis product set, and using buy in triggers to sell the solutions effectively
Management of the client's payrolling associates / named resources to ensure our associates are satisfied with Experis and advocate our services within industry
Process Management & Operational Effectiveness
Take full responsibility for all roles within your business area
Develop recruitment plans for each role with the HM's
Agree timescales and clear expectations of the details of each role
Ensure shortlists of candidates are suitable for all roles
Manage and engage with third party suppliers when required
Work closely with the delivery team to ensure all delivery SLAs are met - CV submission, organising of interviews, offers.
Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure suitable advertising, campaigns and marketing material are available
Ensure HM's are providing timely feedback on CV's, availability and Interview feedback in line with SLA's
Ensure offer details are correct for all positions
Full use of the CRM/VMS to ensure all data is in the system and that the status of each role is up to date

ACCOUNT SALES DIRECTOR Office based in Central London. Hybrid pattern.Working office hours - Monday - Friday.Sales / solutions selling experience is needed. The successful candidate will deliver a client experience that reinforces the companies positioning and brand values. In addition, the Account Director will manage a defined territory of the UK within which to prospect, develop and win new business opportunities. You will need to have experience in selling solutions and bringing on new business. Job Responsibilities:Proactively devise annual account development plans for existing clients to o Execute Talent Management and Workforce Career Management sales to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsMaintain a total pipeline from both existing clients and new business prospects, and achieve a small number of additional KPIs in place to underpin sales focus and successCollaborate with and co-ordinate the efforts of other functions to deliver the desired client experience and targeted billingsNegotiate commercial terms for all projects, making sure that these comply with company standardEnsure agreed SLAs and project deliverables are achievedEstablish excellent client contact relationshipsIncrease the web of influence and number of contacts within each client accountMaintain regular contact across the account including regular account reviews, invitations to events, thought leadership distribution and HR team meetings.
