Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership with Leadership:
Partner with the CIO and his team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
Provide support for Transformation project including the change management associated with these projects. Ensure smooth transitions and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any HR-related challenges that may arise.
Lead the performance review process for the global technology team, providing coaching and feedback to managers and employees. Identify and address performance gaps, support employee development plans, and manage talent to ensure the ongoing availability of qualified and motivated personnel.
People Leadership & Development:
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. · Experience in mentoring and coaching staff, with a focus on advancing individual and team performance.

Qualifications & Experience:
Required Skills:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Leadership Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global organisation.
Expert Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and global HR regulations.
Influence & Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels, particularly within global technology teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial principles to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives and financial targets.
Transformation Expertise: Experience supporting large-scale organisational changes such as restructures or system implementations.
