We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our RPO delivery team. This is a hybrid role where you'll balance 50% leadership with 50% hands-on recruiting, giving you the opportunity to coach and inspire others while remaining close to delivery.

Manage a personal portfolio of requisitions, ensuring speed, quality, and an outstanding candidate experience.

Monitor and report on performance metrics (time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, funnel activity) and use data insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
Your Leadership - Team Oversight & Coaching (≈50%)
Lead and inspire a team of 3-4 Talent Partners, fostering collaboration, accountability, and inclusion.
Conduct weekly one-on-ones and team meetings to review priorities, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
Coach and mentor team members on recruiting best practices, tools, and technologies.
Oversee team performance against KPIs and SLAs, removing blockers and mitigating risks to account health.
Champion process consistency and continuous improvement, defining and documenting best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
Drive adoption of recruitment technologies and digital tools, ensuring measurable ROI.
Partner with Programme Managers and Directors to align delivery strategy, share insights, and contribute to client business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).

Senior PR & Communications Manager (FTC)Location: UK | Contract: Fixed TermAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Senior PR & Communications Manager to join ManpowerGroup UK and lead our external and internal communications strategy. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape our reputation, drive thought leadership and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.Reporting to the Head of Brand Strategy, Communications & Content, you'll work closely with senior leaders, marketing teams, operational directors, and external partners. Your mission? To grow and maintain ManpowerGroup UK's reputation with the press, stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPress Office LeadershipDeliver against UK KPIs, securing 120+ top-tier media coverage annually.Manage crisis communications and act as a key liaison for clients when needed.Drive press coverage for thought leadership initiatives.Consolidate research and insights for media use.Lead spokesperson training and create relevant market-driven content.Coordinate with Global Communications on key issues and campaigns.Brand & Campaign DevelopmentAlign messaging across brand and campaign teams.Provide strategic counsel to brand leaders and senior stakeholders.Promote thought leadership content across press, internal channels, and social media.Internal CommunicationsLead UK-wide internal communications, including SLT updates, town halls, and intranet content.Measure engagement and implement improvements.Support internal messaging for brand initiatives.Corporate Affairs & PartnershipsManage relationships with key industry bodies (CBI, REC, APSCo)Interpret policy and legislative changes, advising internal stakeholders.Support political engagement and messaging.General LeadershipDevelop and mentor the press officer.Manage budgets and oversee team performance.What We're Looking For6-8 years' experience in PR/Communications (agency or in-house)Proven expertise in press office management and crisis communicationsStrong writing, relationship-building, and project management skillsInternal communications experience and media training knowledge are a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred SkillsMedia training experienceStrong analytical and strategic thinkingAdaptability to emerging technologies, including AI in communications.Ability to inspire leadership and drive change.KPIs for SuccessIncreased brand awareness and positive media coverageEffective management of reputational riskStrong senior stakeholder relationshipsBalanced share of voice across spokespeopleWhy Join Us?ManpowerGroup is proud to be recognised as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies for 16 consecutive years. Job Purpose:The Delivery Consultant is responsible for achieving agreed performance targets and driving consistent growth within assigned accounts. This is achieved through fulfilling recruitment orders, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional client and workforce service. The role requires close collaboration with local and wider account teams to support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Workforce Fulfilment:Fulfil all recruitment orders within agreed SLAs and achieve KPI targets.Proactively identify and meet additional recruitment and fulfilment needs.Coordinate and maintain staffing levels, responding with agility to changing client requirements.Manage local recruitment campaigns to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.Ensure high levels of onboarding compliance and continuous workforce engagement. Client & Employee Relations:Support, advise, and coach on employee relations, recruitment, selection, and change management.Respond to contingent workforce and client queries accurately and promptly.Monitor workforce attrition and implement retention initiatives.Maintain high worker and client satisfaction (NPS), escalating issues where necessary.Consult with client stakeholders on employment matters, ensuring compliance and duty of care. Service Delivery & Reporting:Maintain accurate records and reporting on workforce targets, KPIs, and client deliverables.Keep clients updated on recruitment activities, onboarding, fulfilment, performance issues, and investigations.Provide market insights and support business growth opportunities.Champion Manpower's brand and values in all client interactions. Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, legal requirements, and health & safety standards.Identify, respond, and escalate risks that could impact contractual obligations.Maintain high levels of administrative compliance and accurate documentation. Other Responsibilities:Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support the wider team.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
