What will you be doing?
Develop and Implement Innovative Recruitment Strategies:
Utilise data analytics and industry insights to identify emerging recruitment trends and opportunities.

Regularly communicate with talent pools to provide updates on job opportunities, industry insights, and career development resources.
Act as a Strategic Business Partner to Hiring Managers:
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, team dynamics, and talent requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment best practices, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions and talent strategies.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights and recommendations to optimise recruitment outcomes and drive business success.
Maintain Regular Communication with Clients:
Establish clear communication channels with clients to provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and sourcing strategies.
Schedule regular check-in meetings with clients to review recruitment progress, address any concerns or challenges, and align on recruitment priorities.
Collaborate with clients to gather feedback on recruitment processes, candidate experiences, and market insights, and use this feedback to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
Your Focus as a Principal Recruiter:
Targeting niche skill sets: Utilise your expertise to identify and engage candidates possessing rare and in-demand skills, expanding the talent pool beyond conventional methods.
Demonstrate a high level of productivity by consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with a focus on delivering a minimum of 7 hires per month.
Mentoring junior recruiters: Take on a leadership role by providing guidance and support to less experienced team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their potential.
Regularly review recruitment metrics and KPIs with stakeholders to assess performance against targets, identify trends, and prioritize areas for improvement. KPIs are focussed on CVs, Interviews, LinkedIn Response rates etc.
Conduct root cause analysis to understand factors influencing recruitment outcomes, such as candidate sourcing channels, interview processes, and offer acceptance rates.
Experience required:
Min of 4 years agency, RPO or inhouse end to end recruitment experience
Proven capability sourcing niche skills across Engineering, IT, Finance or Corporate functions.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
Proven experience translating workforce intelligence data into actionable insights and recommendations
